About The Owner
MY name is corey blythe
I started working on old homes with my oldest brother (who I firmly believe is the best contractor I have worked for to this day) when I was 17 years old. I learned how houses were built and what was behind each wall in a house. I learned basic electrical as well as roofing and plumbing. I believe that when I started studying electricity, these skills gave me a leg up on many others. I was able to find the best rout and safest method for each install, taking into account what was already behind each wall, and taking precautions so that things like plumbing lines were not disturbed. This attention to detail made my installation speed just as high as my accuracy and level of safety.
I apprenticed under Paul Kalous (who in my opnion is the best ELECTRICAL contractor I have ever worked for) and we actually partner with Paul on jobs to this day. My guys have been there to help Paul's guys when they are on a time crunch and vise versa.
I also study electronics and electrical engineering. In my free time I design and build vacuum tube guitar amplifiers. Over the years I have become very proficient with electricity and how/why it works like it does. This experience allows us to not only install or repair electrical equipment, but also explain to the customer WHY exactly things were happening in their home the way they were prior to our repair. Hence our slogan "We KNOW Electricity"
